1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how InoAI collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information gathered through:
- your visits to our Website; and

This Policy does not cover personal information processed within the easyBilling product on behalf of our customers (for example, billing data your own customers submit through your easyBilling account). Processing within the product is governed by the relevant subscription agreement and Data Processing Addendum.
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect: your full name, email address, business name (optional), and any free-text message you include.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we automatically collect limited technical information, including: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, approximate geographic location (at city or country level), and date/time of access.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Website. Please do not submit sensitive information in free-text fields.
We use the personal information described above to:
- respond to your inquiries about easyBilling;
- send you marketing communications about easyBilling, where permitted by law or where you have opted in;
- operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Website and our marketing;
- detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and
- comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
We will not use your personal information for purposes materially different from those described above without notifying you.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: (a) your consent; (b) our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business; (c) the necessity of processing to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
We share personal information only as described in this Policy. Specifically, we may share your information with:
- Our affiliates and regional teams, for the purposes of responding to inquiries and providing information relevant to your region.
- Service providers acting on our behalf for website hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer relationship management, and similar operational services. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect personal information and use it only for the purposes we authorize.
- Competent authorities, regulators, or other third parties where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information collected through the Website for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, typically up to 36 months from your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law or justified by our legitimate business record-keeping needs. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.
7. International Data Transfers
InoAI is headquartered in Hong Kong SAR and operates with regional teams across multiple jurisdictions. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than the one in which you are located, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
Where we transfer personal information across borders, we implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws, such as entering into standard contractual clauses or relying on other lawful transfer mechanisms.
8. Security
We maintain reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
